I'm definitely mocking Cheater, but I don't think he's Qatari, so it doesn't matter. This is the same dude that goes trolling through threads trying to bait people by FM, gadarene, LP, Tinker, Raven, etc. etc. etc. until he gets banned. Then he makes a new ID and does it all over again. Yaaaawwnnn.
As for Qatar I'd so those being criticized here have a health attitude towards it. Some of it they like, some they don't. I'm in that boat. I think it's great they have some quality tennis tournaments, I wish Qatar well for the WC (but I would have rather seen it in Australia for personal reasons), but having the tour de France here is laughable. If people are offended by that, then they need thicker skins dude.
