Gossiping is not bad, specially when your just exchanging idea, about politics, holywood,bolywood... something worthwhile to talk. where you can learn and share.

It will be BAD when someone talking bad to other people, as they always sees something awfull to somebody, even just a little detail. they react on it.they give negative feeling about it.

This happens everywhere specially in the offices.

Look around you. 

Now they stop chatting.
