My car now won't be ready till after Eid. I have been hiring a car for the duration and it has added another 4000 QR to the bill which you have quoted me to be over 20,000 QR already.
I have put a significant deposit down and although I can understand the issues you as a service provider are facing - you should inform your customers more accurately of the time it will take to fix the car.
I was given an expectation of 1-2 weeks. Now after 2 months the car is not back.
You take peoples' money - you give a good service. Simple rule of thumb. If I don't expect to get a poor service with Jaidah when I am paying over the odds to get my car fixed with Jaidah.
