President George W. Bush was not intelligent enough to have masterminded the entire fiasco. Watch any video and see how he can't even speak much less plan for thousands of Americans to be killed by Hijacked Airplanes. He could not even justify why we were going to kill the wrong man in the Iraq War. He wanted Saddam, when America wanted Osama. That's all I have to say about that.
