Actually they have posted already in advance last July about the implementation of parking fee so it's not really surprising, but at least, it should be flat rate. Parking fee discount can be avail by letting your receipt have stamped in information center.

1st 1 - hour   - 2 qr

      2 - hours - 5 qr

      3 - hours - 8 qr

      4 - hours - 18qr

      5 - hours - 28qr

      6 - hours - 38qr...... and so on
