Thank you for the reply! The belts and gasket shouldnt be a problem but i dont understand what they have to do with the climate? The spare parts shouldnt be a problem either, i talked to someone that works for dodge and unless hes lying to me, I should be good to go. 

As for the computer systems, thats all rumors. It USED to be that car manfucaturers would build different cars for different countries but now-a-days they build one model that can take abuse from any weather. What I wanted to know was how much would it cost me to ship it to qatar. I need to add all the costs so I dont end up paying over my budget.
