1. try to find some other Latvians and see if they can help (if they work in a company here, that company is more likely to consider her because "they know that nationality"... as idiotic as it sounds, I know).
2. come here and spend 2 weeks just looking (making calls, walking in to agencies etc) and link with QPWN groups
Sensitive, but a very honest advise... if you love each other so much, consider getting married so she can come here under your sponsorship... it's really difficult to get female Eastern European work visa in Qatar. My company has been trying since April (we have one lady with Eastern European passport) and can't get it - we keep applying and appealing and always get rejected!
