As I said, if someone says something mythical or fascinating enough that appeals to the spirituality or mystique of someone's belief, then to hell with the actual evidence for those people.
In science if you make a claim, the burden of proof is upon you to produce evidence to support that claim, and make it able to be tested in any lab across the world under the same conditions and get the same outcome.
I have seen unicorns in books I cannot remember the name of too. So they must surely exist as well...
