I dont really know what the objectives of the day were, but from my perspective it was an overwhelming success - I started the day with my cricket team getting a sound beating at 7am in Mesaieed and rounded the day off walking up and down the Corniche with thousands of others - there was a lot of enthusiasm for the event it seems to me and it was well covered on local TV - excellent initiative!!
