If you are contented with her work then you might consider hiring her under your sponsorship or if thats not possible then get one from her country of origin. If you have friends, ask around. They might recommend somebody.
The reason for runaways is that they are treated badly by the employer. So if you treat them nicely, regardless of nationality, I think they will work hard for you. They will do the extra mile, so to speak.
