Wow. What a chip on your shoulder over quality universities. If I don't have a clue, then why try enlightening me?

Strangely, I always thought it was the best to go to the best university and that if a university has the best faculty and courses it was one of the best universities. And if a university had hardly any money it could not afford to hire the best faculty or fund the best courses. ROFL.
