As I understand it, trolls are the folks who lurk on boards to sidetrack conversations, start fights, and be generally antagonistic jerks. Don't get me wrong, I love me a good QL rant session-- it does speed up the work day, doesn't it--, but trolls are the ones who will always bring it back around to one or two talking points, or seem to be particularly contrary for no apparent reason, other than getting attention.
And you shall know them by their foolishness :P
