I don't see "souped up" cars in Qatar involved in accidents. My own "souped up" car has not given anyone as much as a scratch in the last 5 years.

Don't blame the cars, don't blame speed. Idiot drivers can and will kill themselves and you with any car (from sunny to a land cruiser).
