Lucky i think that is a 3M matte black. And that's my 2nd option.

I got grill on me now and its already in flat/matte black. All i need now is to find where i can buy small piece of 3M Matte Black to cover the whole frame of my grill :D

Now my problem is 3M matte black :D but im still enjoying, it's more challenging, exciting what will be the outcome of this first project for my car :D
