THE HUSBAND SHOULD BE THE ONE TO APPLY FOR HIS FAMILY VISA. THE ONLY ROLE OF THE COMPANY IS TO PROVIDE YOUR HUSBAND A NOC AND A SALARY CERTIFICATE THEN UPON COMPLETION OF ALL THE REQUIREMENTS, YOUR HUSBAND WILL SUBMIT IT TO THE IMMIGRATION FOR APPROVAL OF FAMILY VISA.
