Open Minded ?
Open Minded implies tolerance. However this tolerance should NOT be extended to filth and filthy behavior. Its one thing to be open minded to tasting other cuisines and being tolerant of opposing political ideology. However, it's a totally different matter to be tolerant of immorality and exhibits of immoral behavior.
The western world has confused tolerance with stupidity and hence this is what is leading to the passage of laws that allow same gender marriages, unabashed adultery and drug culture. In most western cultures, the importance of religion has diminished and the only time that people think about God are either when the get married, or when they get divorced.
