I cannot comment on Qatar Airways (and I hear that they are not a preferred employer here), but with your skill set and experience, you would start at approximately 23.5 to 25,000 Qr / p.m in the oil and gas industry. Have you considered that option?
Edit: Just re-read your post. The "software services firm" will be probably selling your services for 30K Qr to QA. So unless you are desperate for the money, don't jump at this offer.
