I don't advise you to get a Sunny, or even a Tiida. The 2012 Sunny is rarely seen in Doha, there must be a good reason for that. I had a Tiida H/B manual. I loved the AC, engine performance was not bad, but I hated the brakes. It came with ABS, but when you hit the brakes at 60 Km/H and the car slides a long distance, this is not ABS. I had an icoinc Mercedes 190E 1993 model that had proper ABS.
One more thing, the ride in my Tiida was not comfortanle, the suspensions were so stiff and hard, It makes you feel every bump on the road
I assume the Sunny is in the 50,000 price range. I recommend you check the Yaris, City and Lancer.
