I just wanna think in a most possible realistic scenario. If u were the CID and you see pics of a unmarried couple here in Qatar lived together, had sex etc etc, would you still consider that as an opportunity for another possible catch?

Again no caught in the act but there are clear evidence that there was an illegal activity. its like I used cocaine before and they saw in in my blood but i was not caught in the act. Any opinion?
