as for commitment to an organization, there seems to be two classes of people here in doha. one feels they don't have to give their 100% best because it's not their country, the other is quite the opposite for many positive reasons.

the question is, do you have to be a qatari citizen to perform your best in the line of work you do here? if that's the case, i feel sorry for your sponsoring employer.
