Thank you for your quick responses. Sorry if the question seemed stupid but we have no idea about the situation there and we are trying to know the important things before taking a decision.
Of course she has the proper qualification, International PhD, Boarded,....

If anyone knows the local requirements, like exams or something similar, she has to fulfill and could drop me a mail I will appreciate it.
