we have experienced this last friday in lagoona mall parking.. when we are about to ride at my car two arabs guy (wearing just like local qatari) approached my brother and asking for a money and showed their ID's and said they worked for charity... my brother answered them sorry sir we dont have any.. when they left, i said to myself while watching them drove away... you've got to be kidding me! how they asked money from us? we came here to worked and earned some money.. those people are richer than us! :-)
