I am not too fussed that the table was given to the locals. It was more about how the manager approached the situation, rather than being apologetic, he started arguing and shouting as if I was in the wrong. Besides there is no point to fill out the survey card because he is the one that probably reviews the cards. Also, when i requested for the manager's number they refuse to give it and said he is the one that can give the number only. Which is lame, hence, his his poor attitude.
