I read in a few articles that we, the non-Qataris, were encouraged to attend and participate. Yes, this is mainly to encourage "Qatarization" but I doubt one will be turned away simply because they aren't Qatari. These companies need someone with specific qualifications and if you believe you have them, present yourself!
