I don't understand why you have to use the social media, a community site to air your dissatisfaction of there service...why don't you just call them or talk to them regarding your complain..maybe they will give you a refund..or a discount..food business is a very sensitive service..you might send a wrong message to there costumer..we have to be careful about it..I ate in one of the resto in villagio and I complain about there salty chicken specialty.the waiter replaced it and he apologize to me 5 times..
