We want to stay in the Gulf and work here in Qatar, After checking the ministry of Interiors website, it states that we are here currently on a 5 year Work Visa but we have not agreed such terms, we thought we were protected under the 3 month probation period as the contract states in the first paragraph. Will the British Embassy be able to offer any legal counseling in regards to the is matter or would they offer mediation with the organization, we want a NOC if we are on a visa which we have not agreed to under the probation period.
