@malikkhan: That was also helpful. But when I followed your procedure I got the same form and when I translated the result opposite to the footprints' tab (as mentioned above) from arabic to english using online translator, it showed: "You passed the fingerprints".

So even if the form opens up you can try checking the result like this.
