Any particular reason given by the company for doing so? BTW I dont think Labor Law would mention about it. It should be more of a company policy just like Internet policy for personal use at work. And also dont think NHRC/ Labor deptts can play any role in it. Anyways, someone in the tarde would be better placed to say for sure.
