Greek or not, service is horrible and I just wrote off this place off my list. I never expected to be served by Greek staff there.

We just stopped by for the last time yesterday and that would be the last time for us or anyone we know. The manager had his extended Lebanese family there, a party of almost 12 people and pretty much ignored everyone else. We were there for almost an hour and not a single one of their customers walked out pleased. It felt that you were an uninvited guest in someone else's house -there were strollers all over the place, kids crawling on the floor and screaming - not the ideal atmosphere to have a meal with your family.

Worse yet, they were having an outrageous amount of food and pretty much everyone in the store didn't exist; it took 30 minutes for us to get just gyros sandwiches and the table next to us were debating if they should cancel their order to take it to go. I felt bad for the staff as they were doing their best but getting yelled at by the manager for the tinniest reason, trying their best to please his party. My gyros sandwich was completely uncooked and I had to send it back. It took forever to even get the check and we were just glad to get out of there. It will be the last time we ever think of Mr. Gyros as a possible place for lunch.

I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt and I rarely give a bad review, but the experience was so bad that this is warranted, may be it will save someone else some agony.

For the record, the first couple of times we were there things were not so bad. But when you see this kind of bad management and the little regard they have for their customers, you know that things are heading south.
