The temp license is an issue we should take a look into all possible views.The license has it's own merit and demerit I see more merits such as for the females in Qatar but I also fear this as I know from personal experience that lady drivers are the most reckless.
One can't help but agree that the present public transport system is flawed and needs more work and this may help parents but it will
1) Cause a huge blow to Karwa Taxi services one that I don't mind as I hardly see them on the road these days and the fact that most drivers are looking for more ways to cheat me into paying more
2) Increase the already high carbon emission in Qatar.
3)Possibly increase the already present Traffic Jams.
