Haha this means nothing has been changed :D same old sponsor system is still there but with has got new name "contracts system"..... but in this case they are trying to tell the employee/candidate from the first beginning the following; "these are our conditions, you either take it or leave it" and most probably everyone will take it, with pity smile, since we are looking after a job :)))))))
