It's exactly what happened to me. Last year the fees were QAR 1,450. Today when I took my baby there. They told me the fees increased to QAR 1,680 and also I have to pay the registration fees of QAR 500!!.
I told them, but she was registered last year and I paid the registration fees. They answered me back that you stopped bringing her for more than two months and therefore you have to pay the registration fees again!!
I told them why I should bring her while it was the summer holiday!!!
Finally they agreed to (waive) the registration fees, what a kind nursery :-(
