@ Molten Metal: Hi Dear. If it is one or two problems then it is okay but it's a chain of the problems. The major problem in the company is nobody is allowed to do any sort of changes as there is no system. So it is better for me to leave the company. In your words if you will be providing the guns but with out bullets then what you will do in the war.
