Hello, PCC - She can go to ICC or Indian embassy to get this done. Carry original passport and 2 PP size photo. It cost about QAR. 110. Degree Certificate Attestation - Enquire this in ICC itself. I think they will do this. If they cannot ou may approach agencies who could get this done. Once this is attested by HRD of Govt of India and Qatar embassy in India, you can take the document to attestation office of MOFA near west bay. They will do the final attestation. I am not sure about CID clearance procedure. However I am sure all procedures can be done from here without travelling to India.
