did immigration approved for your wife visa (under husband sponsor) if so, then she can enter Doha - Qatar without any issues. i have a friend who have a similar case with you, her wife was not being paid properly, so he ask her wife to leave the company and go back to Qatar via husband sponsor. the said company cancelled her (red stamp) ; but after 1 month he got her a visa under his sponsor after explaining to immigration properly and politely about the situation. as per my experience here in Qatar (6 yrs+ and counting) if your going to deal with gov't. offices, try to be humble and respectful as this is their country. smiling and greeting politely helps the process to :D
