Today I received the same mail from the same lady. I had posted in Qatar Living for want of an apartment on rent. In response to that ad, this got the same mail. The mail goes as below,

I took note of your email. This is a 100 m² apartment 2 units Bedroom apartment near shops in the heart of Doha and all amenities. As you can see on the pictures, the apartment is very clean like on the pictures.
And the apartment is already furnished but if you wish it can be emptied, it will be as you wish but the price still remains the same.
The apartment for rent is located at Suhaim Bin Hamad Street, Al Saad, Doha close to Arabica Coffee House.
The amount for the rent is 5,000 Riyal including utilities (water, electricity, heating,pool,gym,etc....) I also want to tell you that you'll have to make a 1 month rent guarantee for the apartment.
And the 1 month guarantee will be refundable if nothing is damage in the apartment after completing your contract.
And am not presently in Qatar now, am out of town on a business trip to BENIN which will take me 2 years before my return.
Regarding the visit, my lawyer can move from DUBAI on appointment for you to visit the apartment and eventually sign the lease if the apartment is Okay by you.
So there is no other person who can take you to the apartment for you to view the apartment except my lawyer. Because I and my husband traveled together and before our departure we handed over the following documents to our lawyer :
1. A document signed by me, For whom is legally Acting on Behalf of me.(Lawyer)
2. A Proof Of Property Ownership on my Name.
3. 3 Copy's Of Lease Contract.
4. 3 Copy`s Of Real Estate Lease Forms By Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Planning Of Qatar.
5.Real Estate Lease Contract Should Be Registered at Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Planning .
Note that I will not share the apartment details online due to security reason, so my lawyer will take you to the exact address if really you are interested in renting the apartment.
