I've battled acne for years and years. I've tried every over the counter, prescription pill and cream out there. About 9 years ago my dermatologist put me on Accutane which is supposed to be permanent. My doctor actually said, "OK, you're permanently cleared, good luck." It did clear up my skin for 5 or 6 years but my acne came back. I'm 28 now and still dealing with it.

So basically the answer is no.
