thanks all for your comments. @Vivme, i did enquire in the german visa office in Al Jaidah Square Business Centre, in Mughlina. but they refused for fastrack application. I also asked the same thing in Capagao MENA (French Visa Centre) and they also refused. 9th July was the day for VIP visa appointments.
Can you all please tell me if we can drive in France, Italy, Switzerland if we have a valid Indian Driving License, without the need of Internatinal Driver Permit ??
