As Knor said, we should start using Dashcam technology like in Russia and all ... so that people can report to Police with evidence ... Also, police should Ban the Land cruisers with thick tires like balloon tires which doesnt have any kind of grip on road ... now its a trend in between land cruiser owners ...

On the road , all are same .... whether it is a Qatari or expatriate , all r humans only ... no one has extra power or rights to do whatever they want .... Authorities should take some actions upon reckless drivers ....
