There is Quran teaching center from awqaf in some masjids in Qatar. You may visit the masjid beside Al meera Mansoura, Abu Baker masjid in Mughlina near corniche fly over or Qubba masjid in Al Hilal. They all have Quran teaching as well as memorizing center.
