India is secular country which allows practicing of all religions.
Therefore the people has to respect each other's religious beliefs & sentiments.
As cow is religious to Hindus and the flesh of swine, many other animal and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than Allah is forbidden (Haram) in Islam.
One should not question why one animal is holy and why one animal is forbidden when all animals belong to god because its ones belief and faith.
In the Article 19 & 19 (A) of The Constitution of Pakistan it mentioned that every citizen shall have the right to freedom of speech and expression then why is there Blasphemy laws (sections Penal Code § 298, § 298A, §298B, § 298C, § 295, § 295A, § 295B, § 295C) which contradicts Article 19 & 19 (A) of The Constitution.
Over 60 people accused of blasphemy have been murdered before their respective trials were over, and prominent figures who opposed blasphemy law, Salman Taseer, the former governor and Shahbaz Bhatti, the Federal Minister for Minorities have been assassinated. Since 1990, 62 people have been murdered as a result of blasphemy allegations.
