Are you in your home country and the your husband is Afghanistan and just visiting Qatar for this woman? If you have proofs/ evidence and or witness that they are having an illicit affair, then you can file a case to Qatar embassy from your country.
you can't do something about it if you are miles away from the two of them. the problem is with your husband because you did not know what lies or promises he made to that woman.
