Having considered enough fuel in the vehicle
1. Check for any warning lights in the dashboard, if anything then refer user manual for instructions on it
2. Check for the fuses ( again check the user manual for location)
3. If the shipping from USA to Qatar was very long then there is a chance for the battery to drain, try jump starting.
4. In case of non dry cell battery check the water level in the batter ( better call a local mechanic)
