My assumptions: while working on two different sponsors, you both will be eligible to get your benefits and allowances from individual sponsors. However, please also do note that in any case, if anything were to happen, and one of you want to leave the country, the other would have a hard time applying for family visa status or take vacation or even leave without prior notice etc. etc.. In other words, you forgo family visa status, and will also be illegible for any related Company benefits. Also you both would be each other's emergency contact, hence why hide from your Company that your spouse is working with a different sponsor?
