when you go into labour the on duty doctor will do the delivery. It could be a male or female.Depends on duty rooster. Generally the nursing and help staff are all female.
Advice is better to get mentally prepared that either a male/female doc will be there during delivery. Other option fly back to your country(28 weeks without doc clearance, within 35 weeks after doc clearance) and get it done by a female doc.
