1) Wait until Medical Results came.
2) After Medical is OK go to www.moi.gov.qa in English Site
MOI Services Tab > Inquiries > Residents Permits Inquiries > RP Application Tracking & Printing
3) Put : Visa Number & Sponsor ID No.
4) Submit
5) Now Form Appears. You have to fill some data in Arabic.
6) Print
7) Take Printed Form, Blood Type Report, Photo Blue Background, Signature of Sponsor & Signature of Applicants
