Dear,
I faced the same situation couple of years ago.
First of all donot leave the country unless all dues paid/Cleared.
In order to process your EOSB you need to present the clearance letter from Bank to your company. Also the other option is you company will submit your EOSB in your bank and bank will not release it unless your outstanding cleared.
what i did , the company gave me termination letter with 1 month notice period. i went to CBQ Bank with that letter ,they forward me to insurance dept on Bank Street branch. i visit that branch and submit all required docs and they block my card. After couple of days they call me and advise the insurance claim submitted and they will take 60 days to process and it depend what percentage they will aprove, if you are in a hurry you can pay now and we will submit into your bank account directly once approved.
My outstanding was around 10 K and approved was 4400 QAR.
Hope it helps you.
donot close the doors by leaving the country with out settle your outstandings.
