I also joined Royal Regis in 2019 in DOHA and haven't been able to take any trips due to difficulty in getting any sort of support from them as well as COVID. In 2023 when planned to take a holiday trip and tried to reach them by phone as well as email but got no response so I visited there office and found that the office was closed down. None of there contact numbers and emails are reachable any more.
I am also researching and trying find any way to get my money back.
