Actions & Procedures..

heyyy,guyysss...Got some problem lately,it has been more than 3 months since ive taken my sister to work here,she was hired by a company as a sales executive..She entered here via a business visa provided by the company (good for 3 mos.),ticket provided by me of course..So i thought evrything will be ok,then i found out that her boss was more than interested with her personal life than her work,so she decided to resign,knowing her working visa was not issued yet..After this they give her exit permit to leave the country,thinking all is well...so she arranged a tourist visa again here so she could come back and later on find another job,but she was surprised that when she got back here her visa was again under the sponsorship of her previous boss and worst thing they issued a working visa under a company she doesnt even know..How come this happened,its without her consent,she never undergo the standard procedure e.g. medical,finger printing,etc...Is there any legal action whatsoever so she could acquire an NOC???Right now she has lots of Job offers,which she coudnt accept because of her status...
