After exit visa with NOC
I need suggestion about immigration rules, I have problem with changing the sponsorship due to restricted visa type(non transferrable visa type) with my previous company. So in immigration they rejected to change my sponsorship to my new job company. so my new job company is telling me to exit from here by cancelling visa with my previous company and taking NOC by old company. So that they will send new work visa. so my previous company is ready to give NOC and go back to India by cancelling visa..After how many days i can come back to qatar and when they can apply to visa after cancelling my present visa..With this NOC i can comeback If anybody knows about it pls reply..
Thanks you nakal..I will call u for getting more details.. friends i am now in situation which i need to take decision for my life carrier .. Now if i take noc and went to india and company applied for new visa and everthing gud and i get visa then there is no problem..if any problem then i will loose the present job and also i cannot come back to qatar..so now i am in very bad sitaution to take decision ..frnds help me to get clear in this decesion..If i get noc from my previous company ..then there is no problem in getting visa with my new company...any more suggestions let me know

if visa have been cancelled by your previous sponsor, then you can immediately return here. Your new sponsor will apply a working visa for you, make sure you pass to them your NOC as a supporting documents for their application of working visa under your name.
